Ordering
We accept Paypal. We also accept personal checks, money orders, Mastercard and Visa. You can use our order form, email or you can order by phone or email. Our toll free number is 877-260-4489. Personal checks are held five business days or until cleared by your bank.
Shipping Policy
In stock items are shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified of out of stock items and an approximate shipping date. See the chart for shipping and handling charges. All items are shipped priority mail with 2 to 3 days expected delivery.
Returns
Call or email for a return authorization. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Our Guarantee
Safe Harbour Press unconditionally guarantees your satisfaction with anything you purchase from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it in good, clean saleable condition within 10 days. Credit card orders will be issued a credit to the account. Cash orders will receive a full refund. All returns are minus shipping and handling charges and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
Exceptions
We regret that personalized poems because of their nature are not eligible for returns or refunds. We work closely with you to guarantee satisfaction of your poem before you are charged. You will be asked to “sign off” on your poem before being charged.
